BC Palliative Benefits Program:

The BC Palliative Benefits Program provides extra coverage for palliative medications, medical supplies and services. You must be enrolled to access these services.

BC Ambulance Service No Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation form:

To ensure that your wishes regarding cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) are legally documented in the community, a No CPR form will need to be filled in.

Expected/Planned Home Deaths:

Many people may choose to be supported to  die at home. Resources and forms regarding a planned or expected home death.

Employment Insurance Compassionate Benefits:

Family members who are seeking employment insurance benefits associated with compassionate leave, resources and forms.

Palliative Access Line (PAL):

Coordinates palliative services for home; assists with access to acute care (hospital palliative beds) and hospice beds. 604-263-7255
